The sooner, the better. We recommend at least two weeks' notice to ensure a seamless transition and a timely activation. You can schedule your request up to 60 days in advance.

oxio internet is available across most of Canada in the following provinces: Ontario, Québec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia.
Moving to a different province may mean we need to switch your equipment out.

If there’s more than a 48-hour gap between leaving your old place and moving into the new one (with a confirmed activation date), your account will be credited for the days in-between move-out and move-in based on your current plan once your service is activated at the new address.
Absolutely! Just keep in mind that your new home internet connection won’t go live until your scheduled activation date.
If you’d like to have your gear ready beforehand, you can choose to ship your equipment to a different address during checkout.
