oxio customers get 1 free speed change every 90 days. And, if you really need to change it a 2nd time in this timeframe, it's only a charge of $5 to your next monthly bill.

oxio internet service requires the use of our provided modems. You’re free to use your own router, but we’ll still send an oxio one anyway. It’s great as a backup or for running diagnostics down the road.
